Finding a Way to Win

I just finished an awesome book by Bill Parcells (the football coach) entitled, FINDING A WAY TO WIN! One of the ideas that really struck home that he brought up was that in order to win, you must eliminate excuses. People don't want to hear excuses for poor performances. The bottom line is the end result. Everybody has reasons why they don't succeed, but the true winners will identify these reasons and not use them as excuses for failure, but rather use them as a turning point for finding a way to succeed. You have to turn weaknesses into strengths. Those who are willing to work these weak areas will be the winners in the long run. Don't let excuses hold you back from being the best that you can be!
